Pricing questions, answered
No surprises, no hidden fees. Here's everything you need to know about how our pricing works, from upgrades and overages to refunds and invoicing.
What happens if I exceed my monthly request limit?
On the Free plan, requests are throttled once you hit the limit. Pro plans have overage billing at $0.50 per 1,000 additional requests. Enterprise plans include unlimited requests with no overages.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days, contact us for a full refund—no questions asked.
Can I pay annually for a discount?
Yes. Annual billing saves you 20% compared to monthly. Pro is $470/year (equivalent to $39/month) and Enterprise plans receive custom annual pricing with additional discounts.
Do you offer invoicing for Enterprise customers?
Absolutely. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice with net-30 terms. We also support purchase orders and can work with your procurement team on custom billing arrangements.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Yes. Pro plans include a 14-day free trial with full access to all features—no credit card required. Enterprise customers can request a custom proof-of-concept period.
